It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the seller is able to sell the property, and that the details provided by the seller are accurate.

On a request for information from a buyer, the buyers email will be provided to the seller. Until the seller responds, the buyer will only have the property details provided on the site by the seller, and no further details.
