Some Olive Oil Peeled Potatoes |

| Method | Chop up quite roughly a large peeled onion. Cover the
onion with a half pint of cooking oil, cook in the
microwave or on the cooker till the onion is totally
cooked, maybe 20 mins.
Strain the oil and use the oil to cook your usual roast potatoes, you'll notice the difference! |
