This walk is found on the Ordnance Survey 1:25000 Sheet TQ 62/72 entitled
Robertsbridge (OS may have updated) and walkers are advised to have a copy
with them on the walk.

Round walk - Start at Etchingham Station car park cross eastwards
over the level crossing then take footpath northwards over the
river levels skirting Park Wood.
Continue northwards over the Burgh Hill to Stonegate road towards
Lordon Barn Farm.
Double back southwards when meeting the bridlepath, and climb up
through Fleet Wood. Take the footpath to New House Farm and then
down over the levels and railway line to Forge House.
Head south past The Ashes to the main A265 and return to the
Station through Etchingham village.
Look out for :-
Pond Bay near Burgham Down Wood and wild life on the Rother Levels.

hazard to other road users.
